Shigeru Miyamoto, creator of video games Super Mario, Donkey Kong and The Legend of Zelda has been nominated for the Time 100 list of most influential people. As of this writing, he sits on the 4th place most influential person outranking popular figures like J.K. Rowling, Oprah, and Bill Gates.
